Jean Fily Le Coq is a Grand Champagne Cognac produced by Jean Fillioux at standard 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle, crafted from grapes grown in the premium Grand Champagne cru of Cognac. Matured in French oak barrels, it delivers delicate floral grape, vanilla, dried stone fruit and soft toasted oak with gentle, approachable spirit warmth. Its nose unfolds with fresh vine blossom, ripe pear, apricot compote, vanilla custard and light oak spice. The palate offers rounded grape sweetness, mild balanced alcohol warmth, layered dried fruit and subtle tannic oak undertones. It finishes silky and lingering with bright floral fruit and soft caramel vibrancy. Versatile for neat sipping, on the rocks, or classic cognac cocktails, pairing with milk chocolate, dried apricots, soft brie and spiced nut snacks.
