Designed as the distillery’s balanced mid-aged agave offering, it rests in oak casks to soften sharp raw agave bite and integrate gentle vanilla wood richness. Its nose carries ripe baked agave, bright citrus peel, mild toasted oak and soft floral honey without harsh alcohol vapour. The palate balances fresh agave fruit, mellow subtle spirit warmth and faint nutty barrel spice from short oak maturation. It ends with a gentle lingering finish of caramel agave and light vanilla notes.
