Aged a minimum of four years in new charred oak barrels, it delivers bold spicy rye character amplified by full proof intensity. The nose opens with sharp black pepper, dried rye grain, dark plum, toasted vanilla and smoky charred oak. On the palate, robust peppery spice takes centre stage, layered with dark fruit jam and dry oak tannins, supported by rich 100-proof warmth.
