Kilchoman 7 Years Old 2015 PX Sherry Cask is a cask-strength Islay single malt from distillery bottling, bottled at 59.7% ABV in a 700ml bottle. Matured in rich PX sherry casks, it balances smoky peat with sweet dried fruit depth. The nose brings smoked malt, raisin and soft vanilla oak with sweet honey notes. The palate delivers bold peat and ripe dark fruit, powerful warm alcohol and subtle sherry wood spice from seven years of cask ageing. It finishes long with smoked berry and thick caramel. This peated sherry malt works neat or diluted, ideal for lovers of smoky sweet Islay whisky.
