A coastal-aged style matured under a thick protective flor yeast veil via traditional solera systems, this process softens sharp raw wine acidity and delivers bright almond, distinct maritime brine and subtle green apple herbal layers. The nose carries fresh roasted almond, fine coastal saline mineral, crisp unripe apple and faint wild yeast floral aroma without harsh alcoholic heat. The palate balances bright dry fruit and delicate briny coastal undertones, gentle light alcohol warmth and faint dry grassy herb notes from extended flor maturation. It holds a clean, snappy finish of almond and pure saline mineral.
