Rhum Jm Millésime 2007 is a vintage single-estate Martinique agricole rhum made by Jean-Marie Martin, bottled at 43.5% ABV in a standard 700-millilitre bottle. Distilled exclusively from 2007 volcanic terroir sugarcane and matured long-term in oak casks, extended tropical ageing softens raw grassy cane sharpness and delivers deep baked tropical fruit, caramelised cane and rich toasted oak complexity. The nose unfolds stewed banana, ripe mango, caramelised sugarcane, subtle vanilla oak and light mineral volcanic earth without harsh alcoholic fumes. The palate balances luscious cooked cane fruit and velvety smooth spirit, gentle rounded warmth and faint nutty barrel spice from lengthy cask rest. It holds a soft lingering finish of dark tropical fruit and warm toasty oak undertones.
