Distilled in 2012 and matured eleven years in premium oak casks, medium ageing softens bright youthful malt and delivers layered ripe stone fruit, creamy honey and subtle toasted nut oak complexity. The nose unfolds juicy apricot, ripe pear, rich heather honey, faint almond oak and light floral sweetness without overwhelming fiery alcoholic fumes. The palate balances vibrant fresh orchard fruit and silky smooth malt, powerful rounded spirit warmth and delicate nutty barrel spice from well-integrated oak maturation.
