Springbank 10 Years Old PX Sherry Cask is a limited single cask Campbeltown distillery bottling matured in rich Pedro Ximénez sherry wood, bottled at cask strength 55% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Ten years of deep sherry cask ageing softens bright coastal malt bite and delivers concentrated dark dried fruit and velvety barrel richness. The nose unfolds sticky fig, sun-dried raisin, subtle coastal brine and soft honeyed malt without harsh fiery alcoholic fumes. The palate balances luscious dark fruit and savoury briny malt, robust rounded spirit warmth and faint spiced wood notes from full PX sherry maturation. It holds a soft lingering finish of candied date and mild saline fruit sweetness. This exclusive single cask malt works neat or lightly watered, ideal for fans of heavy sherry-infused Campbeltown single malt.
