Distilled in 2011 and matured for 12 years, it delivers bright green apple, ripe pear, creamy vanilla malt, subtle floral honey, light dried herb and faint toasty oak spice. Its crisp aromatic nose bursts with fresh orchard fruit and gentle cereal sweetness. The palate balances silky light malt with layered crisp stone fruit and soft mild tannic oak, leading to a medium-length clean finish with lingering green fruit and honeyed malt hints. A small dash of spring water softens its strength to reveal bright, approachable Speyside fruit-forward character.
