Carn Mor Strictly Limited Strathmill 7 Years Old 2016 is a limited-edition Speyside single malt from Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, independently bottled at balanced 47.5% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Seven-year oak maturation delivers bright fresh orchard fruit, light butterscotch, soft floral barley honey, pale polished oak and faint mild baking spice undertones typical of youthful Speyside distillate. The nose unfolds with crisp green apple compote, delicate vanilla custard and gentle fresh barrel wood sweetness. The palate balances vibrant youthful fruit brightness with silky integrated oak depth, faint citrus zest and smoothly rounded tannins. Its medium soft finish holds lingering fresh orchard fruit and subtle light wood herbal whispers. Best savoured neat or with a small splash of spring water to unlock bright approachable young malt complexity without harsh alcoholic sharpness.
