Bach Gabriel Petit Champagne is a single-terroir cognac crafted by Bache-Gabrielsen from 100% Petit Champagne Ugni Blanc grapes, bottled at robust 45% ABV in a standard 700ml format. Matured in seasoned French oak casks, it delivers bright ripe stone fruit, wild floral honey, creamy vanilla custard, subtle toasted rancio and faint chalky mineral terroir undertones. The nose opens with fresh vine blossom, juicy preserved plum compote, light barrel spice and gentle sweet grape distillate warmth. The palate balances vibrant fruity brightness with velvety oak backbone, delicate dried flower lift and well-mellowed rounded tannins. Its medium warming finish holds lingering ripe fruit and quiet polished wood herbal hints.
