Matured in a blend of lightly seasoned oak casks under Japan’s temperate climate, it delivers bright citrus yuzu, soft floral malt, subtle honeyed rice and gentle polished oak without heavy tannic weight. Its aroma opens with fresh yuzu peel, wild spring blossom, toasted barley and mild coconut wood notes. On the palate, rounded zesty citrus sweetness meets sturdy medium-high proof warmth, framed by supple well-mellowed light oak tannins and faint herbal umami undertones. The medium finish lingers on bright citrus zest, light floral toffee and quiet creamy oak spice. Best enjoyed neat at mild coolness, a tiny splash of mineral water amplifies its refined citrus-forward Japanese malt complexity for balanced sipping.
