Distilled in 2015 and matured eight full years in light ex-bourbon oak casks, it delivers zesty fresh orchard fruit, bright honeyed malt, soft vanilla and subtle floral sweetness without mellow aged balance. Its aroma opens with crisp pear, wild blossom, toasted grain and light coconut wood notes. On the palate, vivid bright fruit sweetness meets intense full-proof warmth, framed by firm young oak tannins and faint herbal undertones. The medium finish lingers on sharp stone fruit, light toffee and tight creamy oak spice.
