The nose bursts with gentle smouldering barley peat, briny sea mist, ripe green pear, wild floral mint, honeyed cereal malt and soft vanilla oak spice. On the palate, restrained smoky mineral notes blend with bright orchard fruit sweetness, thick velvety malt and powerful elevated alcohol warmth, rounded out by subtle polished oak tannins.
