The nose offers ripe Japanese green plum, dried apricot, subtle vanilla oak and gentle floral honey sweetness without harsh alcoholic fumes. The palate delivers well-balanced sweet and sour fruit flavours, smooth mellow alcohol warmth and faint woody spice brought by long ageing. It features a soft lingering finish of preserved plum and light caramel notes.
