Kilchoman Sauternes Cask 2024 Edition is an official distillery bottling of Islay single malt at 50% ABV, supplied in a standard 700ml bottle. Finished in premium Sauternes sweet wine casks, it balances Kilchoman’s signature earthy peat with rich honeyed fruit notes. Its aroma delivers soft farmyard smoke, ripe apricot, golden honey, floral white fruit and subtle vanilla oak. Medium-full and creamy on the palate, gentle peat smoke intertwines with luscious botrytis fruit sweetness and smooth polished tannins. It offers a well-rounded, lengthy finish with lingering candied stone fruit and faint smouldering peat, a limited seasonal release blending classic Islay smoke and elegant dessert wine sweetness.
