The nose opens with light malted barley, faint sea salt mineral, ripe pear, mild honey and a whisper of soft vanilla oak without heavy smoke. On the palate, it is light-to-medium bodied and smoothly balanced, delivering mild grain malt sweetness, delicate saline coastal notes, fresh green fruit and faint mellow wood spice that keeps the profile accessible.
