Distilled from wild agave sourced from Mexico’s central highland terroir, this traditional mezcal showcases the brand’s signature artisanal roasting and slow distillation methods. The nose unfolds with roasted agave caramel, subtle smoky mineral, ripe tropical fruit, wild herb and faint dried citrus peel. On the palate, it is rounded and medium-bodied, featuring rich cooked agave sweetness, soft wood smoke, bright green fruit brightness and restrained earthy herbal depth.
