Nozawa Onsen Distillery Douso Gin 2025 Release is handcrafted Japanese artisanal gin produced by Nozawa Onsen Distillery at 45% ABV in a 500ml bottle. Distilled with handpicked local Nagano mountain botanicals alongside classic juniper berry, this limited 2025 annual release marries traditional gin structure with delicate oriental herbal and citrus notes rooted in the hot spring region’s terroir. The nose unfolds with bright juniper resin, fresh yuzu peel, subtle wild mountain herbs and faint soft floral undertones. On the palate, it is silky and medium-bodied, featuring crisp citrus brightness, mild earthy herbal layers, clean juniper backbone and restrained gentle spice warmth.
