Matured exclusively in seasoned sherry oak to deliver rich coastal fruit and dried berry notes. The nose presents ripe dried dark berries, creamy vanilla, warm baking spice and faint briny coastal malt, layered with subtle sherry sweetness. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with vibrant sherry-fruit brightness, delicate saline wood complexity, and a long, lingering finish. The finish highlights the distinctive coastal sherry-driven character of this limited independent bottling release.
