ZEMON-Distilled Malt Meets Peated Scotch
The seventh release, launched on 25 March 2025, uses Saburomaru heavily peated malt distilled in the cast pot still ZEMON. The blend combines that spirit with peated Scotch malt. This is a cross-origin blended malt, rather than a single malt or an entirely Japan-distilled whisky.
