Signatory Caol Ila 10 Year Old 2013 is an Islay single malt Scotch independently bottled by Signatory Vintage, matured across a dual cask combination of Oloroso Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks, bottled at 48.2% ABV in a 700ml format. The nose delivers classic coastal peat smoke, sea salt brine, ripe dried dark fruit from Oloroso sherry alongside creamy vanilla and honeyed cereal from bourbon wood. On the palate, smoky medicinal peat intertwines with rich dried raisin, fig, warm baking spice and soft caramel sweetness, balancing maritime minerality and layered oak complexity. It finishes medium-long with lingering smoky fruit, saline and subtle wood spice, showcasing the harmonious fusion of sherry and bourbon cask influence on Caol Ila’s iconic peated Islay malt character.
