Bielle Rum Single Cask 8 Years Old 2015 for JIS is a limited single-cask Guadeloupe agricole rhum independently bottled by Japanese retailer JIS, distilled in 2015 at Marie-Galante’s Distillerie Bielle and matured eight years in ex-bourbon oak. Its aroma delivers bright fresh sugarcane grass, citrus zest, soft vanilla, light tropical fruit and subtle saline maritime notes. The palate presents lively vegetal cane sweetness upfront, silky rounded oak, gentle nutty layers and faint herbal spice. It features a clean lengthy finish of fresh cane, ripe citrus and mild warm wood tannins. This exclusive Japanese market cask bottling shines neat or lightly diluted, valued for its authentic terroir-driven agricole character among Asian rum collectors.
