This bottling embodies the distillery’s refined southern French malt style, blending gentle preserved stone fruit sweetness with subtle dried wild floral brightness and faint mature toasted oak depth. The nose reveals notes of slow-dried apricot compote, aged mountain blossom honey, candied pear preserve, and soft vanilla-infused oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and exceptionally silky smooth, with flavours of stewed orchard fruit, mild cereal malt nectar, delicate almond cream, and faint gentle cedar wood spice.
