Iyoshi Cola Shochu 300ml is a limited small-batch Japanese cola-infused shochu co-developed by Oyama Jinshichi Shoten and Ira Cola, bottled at a robust 45% ABV in a compact 300ml portable format. Crafted from premium rice shochu base steeped with Ira Cola’s proprietary artisanal spice and citrus botanicals, this high-strength expression delivers concentrated cola aroma balanced against clean rice distillate backbone. The nose bursts with warm caramel cola spice, vanilla pod, bright citrus zest and subtle dry rice cereal depth. On the palate, it carries bold concentrated cola sweetness, soft cinnamon and nutmeg spice, smooth rice shochu creaminess and a firm alcoholic backbone that cuts through rich flavour notes. The lingering finish holds warm cola spice and gentle rice malt warmth, ideal for dilution with soda water, on-the-rocks neat sipping or crafting concentrated cola highball cocktails.
