Iyoshi Cola Shochu 1.8L is a unique Japanese cola-flavoured shochu jointly crafted by Oyama Jinshichi Shoten and Ira Cola, bottled at 25% ABV in a large-format 1800ml bottle for home and bar service. Distilled from classic Japanese shochu base and infused with artisanal Ira Cola’s signature spice and citrus botanicals, this ready-to-enjoy spirit blends traditional rice shochu smoothness with nostalgic carbonated cola flavour without artificial additives. The nose opens with sweet cola spice, vanilla bean, zesty citrus peel and mild clean rice cereal undertones. On the palate, it is light and rounded, featuring warm caramel cola sweetness, subtle cinnamon spice, soft rice shochu creaminess and restrained gentle herbal lift. The short clean finish carries lingering cola fizz-like sweetness and faint rice malt warmth, ideal for on-the-rocks sipping, soda highballs and casual mixed cocktails.
