Distilled in 2008 and matured fifteen years before bottling in 2023, it balances gentle Highland peat, ripe orchard fruit, creamy malt and soft vanilla oak without harsh medicinal smoke or thin diluted sweetness. Its aroma carries light smouldering peat, baked pear and subtle wood spice. On the palate, mild fruity sweetness meets well-balanced alcohol warmth, rounded by mellow oak tannins and faint cereal undertones.
