Long oak maturation weaves sun-dried stone fruit, rich butterscotch, delicate wild heather honey, polished sandalwood oak and faint warm baking spice undertones refined by decades of cask rest. The nose unfolds with preserved peach compote, creamy vanilla custard and quiet aged barrel wood sweetness. The palate balances velvety dried fruit sweetness with seamless integrated oak depth, faint citrus zest and fully mellowed rounded tannins. Its lengthy warming finish holds lingering caramelised orchard fruit and subtle woody herbal whispers.
