Signatory Braeval 21 Year Old 2000 is a premium cask-strength Speyside single malt independently bottled by Signatory within a 700-millilitre bottle at 60.3% ABV. Distilled at Braeval distillery in 2000 and patiently matured for twenty-one years, it develops intricate layered flavours characteristic of long-aged Speyside whisky. Its aroma unfolds dried stone fruits, rich aged honey, delicate dried floral notes, smooth vanilla and mellow seasoned oak. The palate presents velvety fullness, preserved fruity sweetness, mature malt warmth, subtle dried spice and well-integrated robust alcohol strength. It delivers an enduring elegant finish with lingering dried fruit sweetness and gentle aged oak nuances. Savoured neat or with a tiny splash of water, this rare long-aged bottling embodies the refined, sophisticated charm of mature Speyside single malt.
