The nose delivers dried apricot, warm spiced apple, walnut husk, honeyed vanilla and polished old oak. The palate is luxuriously rounded, offering baked orchard fruit, subtle leather, nutty richness, gentle cinnamon and silky oak tannins. It finishes long and velvety, with preserved fruit and lingering mature wood spice, an elegant aged French apple brandy with refined, well-integrated complexity.
