Bushmills Single Malt 21 Year Old is a premium aged Irish single malt produced by The Old Bushmills Distillery at standard 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle. Matured over two decades in a combination of bourbon, sherry and wine oak casks, it delivers elegant creamy fruit, dried nut, honey and subtle dark wood spice with Ireland’s signature smooth, unsmoked malt character. Its nose unfolds with ripe pear, sultana raisin, roasted almond, vanilla custard, floral honey and soft toasted oak. The palate offers rounded silky fruit sweetness, mild gentle spirit warmth, layered dried stone fruit and delicate mellow tannins from long slow cask maturation. The finish is long, smooth and creamy, with lingering honey, nut and dried orchard fruit vibrancy. Served lightly chilled neat as a digestif, it pairs beautifully with milk chocolate, soft aged goat cheese, almond fruit tarts and braised dried fruit desserts.
