Defined by the region’s signature high-pear blend of roughly 70% pear and 30% apple, its long oak maturation softens sharp raw fruit spirit and layers ripe orchard fruit, subtle wild blossom and gentle baked wood spice. The nose unfolds juicy ripe pear, crisp green apple, delicate wild floral blossom and faint warm toasted oak without harsh alcoholic heat.
