The Women Behind Cardhu
Cardhu's story is closely tied to Helen Cumming and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth. The official brand history credits Helen as a founder and Elizabeth with registering the Cardhu name and building a new distillery. The Cumming family also appears on this bottle's label, connecting its presentation to that heritage.
The distillery stands in Knockando, in Scotland's Speyside region. Compare its honeyed style with other bottles in our Speyside whisky collection.
