When the winery was to vacate in 2024, the last wine released was ``Rin''.
The meaning of ``kagaribi'' is ``a light that brightens things, a light that illuminates the darkness, and a flame that burns forever.''
With a strong desire to reopen the winery, we have released a wine called ``Rin'' with the feeling that the future is bright and the flame in our hearts is lit.
Now that the winery has been rebuilt, we have created a new label with the name ``Rin'' to convey the meaning that the light will continue to shine.
After destemming and crushing Muscat Bailey A, we divided it into free run and press run, fermented each at low temperatures (below 15°C), and after fermentation, free run and press run were aged in new barrels (CAVIN) for 6 months and bottled.
You can enjoy the scent of vanilla, toast, and cloves from the barrel, the sweet strawberry flavor of Muscat Bailey A, and the charming nuances typical of rosé wine.
This is a style of rosé that is rare in Japan.
"Fukuyama Wine Studio" Muscat Bailey A (MBA) series
This is a series that expresses Muscat Bailey A from Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture in a way that my husband and I think is the most interesting and enjoyable way to taste it.
We try out a variety of styles and select brewing methods while keeping an eye on the condition of the grapes that year.
This is a series designed to bring out the charm of Muscat and Bailey A from Setouchi and Fukuyama to the fullest.
The wine name is designed with a single kanji character, and the meaning of that kanji is layered with the style of the wine.
