This wine inherits the concept of "PON FRAIS CHIC", the first product released by Fukuyama Wine Studio in 2016.
The word "CHIC" is also included in the previous wine name. Our desire to have you enjoy the refreshing bubbles and fresh taste in style remains unchanged.
After destemming and crushing Muscat Bailey A, the juice is extracted using the direct compression method.
Furthermore, the juice is strained to achieve a turbidity similar to that used in Champagne, and fermented at low temperatures (below 15℃).
After about a month of fermentation, the wine is bottled with a small amount of residual sugar remaining.
When a small amount of residual sugar remains, yeast produces carbon dioxide gas in the bottle, resulting in a slightly sparkling wine.
The color of rosé changes from year to year depending on the color of the grape skins that year, and slight differences in residual sugar can also affect the softness of the bubbles.
Each year, it takes on a slightly different look, expressed in color tone, foam softness, and flavor.
