Francois Marange Fins Bois 1986/2016 is a vintage cognac crafted by Daniel Bouju from the Fins Bois cru of Cognac, France, bottled at 42.6% ABV with a volume of 700ml. Distilled in 1986 and matured in oak casks until bottling in 2016, it bears the typical lively fruity character of Fins Bois eaux-de-vie. It presents bright aromas of ripe fresh fruits, subtle floral hints, gentle vanilla oak and soft honey sweetness. The smooth palate delivers juicy fruity flavours wrapped in mild oak spice without overwhelming intensity. It ends with a leisurely delicate finish carrying lingering fresh fruit and light woody warmth, a classic vintage Fins Bois cognac with approachable and lively drinking experience.
