mitosaya No.166 RHUM OR is a robust oak-aged Japanese agricole rum crafted by Mitosaya Botanical Distillery at a bold 52% ABV in a compact 500ml bottle, matured in select oak casks blending fresh sugarcane brightness, toasted vanilla and subtle wild herbal layers. Its aroma bursts with raw sugarcane juice, toasted oak vanilla, faint tropical citrus, mild wild botanical and soft honey malt despite the potent undiluted high strength. The palate delivers vivid grassy cane brightness upfront, wrapped in dense balanced oak tannins and full-bodied agricole spirit backbone. It finishes medium-long, warm and earthy with lingering woody vanilla tones, best enjoyed with a tiny splash of water to soften its intense cask-strength oak character.
