The nose opens with ripe green apple, honeyed cereal malt, delicate dried fruit and soft vanilla oak brightness. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with flavours of sun-warmed orchard fruit, gentle butterscotch sweetness, light aromatic spice and a faint vegetal oak depth.
