Distilled in 2019 and matured for five years, it showcases bright, youthful malt characteristics shaped by its cask maturation. Its aroma bursts with fresh green apple, vanilla custard, light cereal sweetness and subtle dried citrus peel. The palate delivers vibrant orchard fruit upfront, balanced by warm wood spice, creamy malt and faint honey sweetness, leading to a lingering, fruity warm finish. As a limited indie release, this young English malt is best sampled neat or with a tiny splash of spring water to soften its high alcohol strength and unlock delicate fruit layers.
