Old Malt Cask Glengoyne 16 Years Old 2007 is a limited 25th anniversary Highland single malt bottled by Hunter Laing at 50% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Matured sixteen years since the 2007 distillation, it delivers ripe red apple, rich heather honey, creamy vanilla and gentle nutty oak spice. The nose opens with sweet malt, dried fruit jam and soft toasted caramel oak. The palate balances smooth honeyed sweetness with light tannins, baked apricot, subtle citrus and faint almond notes. Its lengthy warm finish holds lingering fruit toffee and mild earthy herbal undertones.
