Distilled at Jura distillery on the Scottish Islands, this twelve-year-old release from the Old Particular range delivers balanced island malt character. The nose opens with ripe orchard fruits, light honey, subtle coastal salinity and gentle vanilla oak. On the palate, soft dried fruit, mild spice and faint smoky undertones mingle with creamy oak influence. It offers a smooth, sustained finish with lingering dried fruit and delicate wood spice.
