This mature vintage bottling showcases Highland Park’s signature harmonious combination of heather peat, coastal salinity and rich sherry fruit character. The nose reveals notes of smouldering heather smoke, subtle sea salt, dried citrus peel, candied dark fruit and gentle vanilla oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and creamy, with flavours of restrained peat influence, warm spiced fruit, light honey sweetness, layered nutty undertones and soft oak spice. The long, balanced smoky-sweet finish underscores the authentic, well-integrated character of this Islands single malt whisky.
