Distilled in 1994 and matured thirty years in blended bourbon and sherry oak casks, it delivers rich preserved orchard fruit, viscous vintage honey, sun-dried stone fruit, faint antique vanilla and deeply polished integrated oak spice. Its aroma unfolds with juicy pear compote, thick golden aged honey, soft apricot preserve and decades-mellowed robust oak. The palate balances lingering sweet cereal malt with fierce concentrated alcohol warmth, held firm by velvety long-softened tannins and quiet floral herbal undertones. The extraordinarily long finish carries layered fruited molasses caramel, slow-fading dried fruit sweetness and subtle antique wood spice.
