Isle of Jura Bourbon Cask is an official distillery-bottled Islands single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon oak casks, it showcases Jura’s signature approachable, lightly coastal malt character without heavy peat influence. Its aroma opens with ripe banana, creamy vanilla, honeyed cereal malt, subtle sea salt and soft dried orchard fruit. Medium-bodied and silky smooth on the palate, bright tropical fruit sweetness takes centre stage, balanced by gentle toasted bourbon oak, mild cereal grain and faint saline coastal notes. It features a clean, mellow finish with lingering vanilla and light fruit sweetness, an easy-drinking entry-level Islands malt highlighting the distillery’s classic bourbon cask profile.
