This double-cask finished peated malt centres on soft smoky medicinal peat, layered with ripe sun-ripened stone fruit compote sweetness, faint coastal floral lift and dual mellow oak tannins to create a well-rounded, multi-layered profile. The nose releases mild sea smoke, light apricot jam, soft honey malt, faint meadow blossom and gentle warm mixed barrel timber. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and velvety, with delicate smoky brine lift, vibrant orchard fruit sweetness, faint grassy herbal spice, and a lingering mild peat-and-fruit malt depth.
