Its aroma unfolds with thick candied apricot, sun-dried fig, warm nutty oak, rich floral honey and subtle vintage dried fruit without harsh alcoholic heat. The palate delivers lavish preserved fruit sweetness upfront, wrapped in silky fully integrated aged oak tannins and smooth rounded malt core. It finishes extraordinarily long, gentle and opulent with lingering soft warm spice tones, reserved for slow contemplative neat sipping as a highly collectible decades-old vintage malt.
