Muscat Bailey A grown in three private fields, Kokoromi Gakuen's Vineyard Summit and Terrace Vineyard, and Akami, Sano City, is fermented with wild yeast.
The grapes are destemmed by hand, removing each grape from the stem, and are not fined or filtered to preserve the flavor and complexity of the ripe fruit.
As a result, this wine fully expresses the characteristics of the variety, including rich floral aromas, spices, and fruit.
This is a red wine that will remind you that there are many gentle masterpieces in the second movement of various songs.
