[Tsunou Wine, Miyazaki Prefecture] Elegant, top-quality sweet wine Very popular among women for its elegant sweetness and stylish bottle Grape variety: Sunny Rouge Tsuno Town has long been a grape producing area. It is called Osuzu grape and is shipped all over the country. A new history begins for the Osuzu grape. Its name is "Sunny Rouge." Sunny Rouge was bred in 1977 at the Akitsu Branch of the Fruit Tree Experiment Station by crossing Pione with Red Pearl. In Tsuno Town, the introduction of this method began in 2000, with a planted area of 13 hectares and a production volume of 60 tons. At JA Osuzu, we have received certification under the Miyazaki brand ``Miyazaki Grape Sunny Rouge,'' and we are focusing on cultivating it as a new high-quality grape variety. Sunny Rouge has no seeds, and its fruit is a beautiful ruby color, with a high sweetness and low acidity, making it a very tasty grape. The bite size makes it easy for children to eat, so you can easily incorporate it into your family's dining table. As Tsuno Wines, we have been developing Sweet Tsuno in order to value the high-class image of Sunny Rouge and to cooperate and support the establishment of the brand. Brewing Method (Cryo Extraction, Freezing and Squeezing) The harvested Sunny Rouge was immediately frozen and the frozen grapes were squeezed. The fruit juice is concentrated using so-called cryo extraction and brewed using only fruit juice with a high sugar content. It is extremely sweet, making it ideal as a dessert wine. The cryo-extraction method is a method of concentrating fruit juice in its natural balance without sacrificing the aroma or taste of the grapes. We make wine that takes advantage of the unique characteristics of Sunny Rouge grapes.
