Matured with barley harvested from the distillery’s own farm, it delivers soft cereal sweetness and gentle ripe fruit typical of smooth Lowland whisky. Its nose presents fresh green barley, ripe pear, honey and mild vanilla without harsh alcoholic fumes. The palate holds silky grain sweetness, mild warm spirit heat, soft stone fruit and subtle light oak spice. It finishes short and clean with fresh cereal and delicate honey.
