Distilled in 2002 and matured nineteen years in oak casks, it delivers lavish dark dried fruit intertwined with rich sherry sweetness and subtle polished oak spice. The aroma carries plump raisins, ripe fig jam, velvety honey and faint dark chocolate undertones. The palate offers concentrated jammy fruit core, warm cinnamon spice and full viscous silky texture. It features an extended opulent finish with lingering dried berry depth and smooth wood warmth. Best savoured neat, a tiny splash of water softens its bold strength and unlocks intricate layered fruit notes.
